What does early writing look like in nursery? W/C 08/10/18
Early writing also known as 'mark making', is the creation of different patterns, lines, textures and shapes. This may be on a piece of paper, on the floor, outside in the garden or on object or surface. This week in nursery we have enjoyed mark making on paper with pencils and felt tip pens. Some of us have also spent time making marks on the Interactive White Board (2Paint). Miss Fitzpatrick has been encouraging us to really think about what we are doing and she has been asking us lots of open questions to find out more about what we are doing/have done.
