Artist Visit - Beatrice Knowles
As part of our Owlcotes Elements ‘An Appreciation of Art’ children in years 2 and 4 have worked with a professional artist, Beatrice Knowles. The children in year 2 took part in a workshop with Beatrice to design and create prints in the style of Henri Matisse and the children in year 4 created fabric prints in the style of William Morris, which links to their history topic the Victorians. Each year group created individual fabric prints to take home and a large class print for display. Please have a look at the gallery below to see the children in action.
