Coronation Day

We had a great day celebrating the Coronation of King Charles. We dressed in red, white and blue, had a delicious picnic and spent some time in our house teams making crowns, drawing pictures and thinking of questions we could ask the King, 

Sharing

This term in maths we have been looking at multiplication and division. We started to look at sharing and used cubes and counters to help us to understand this! 

Adding Equal Groups

In maths we are learning about multiplication and division. We have been looking at equal and unequal groups and what this means. We have also been using resources to help us to sort objects into equal groups and begin to use counting methods to help us find the total. 

The Enormous Turnip

We had lots of fun acting out our new class reader- The Enormous Turnip. We thought about how the characters were feeling when the turnip would not budge!
