Magnet fun!
In science, the children are learning about forces and magnets. Today the children had fun experimenting with various magnets and discovering items that were magnetic and non-magnetic. they particularly enjoyed using strong magnets to move items such as iron filings and paperclips through the tables and learning about magnetic fields.
History - Ancient Egypt
In our first lesson on Ancient Egypt, we learnt about chronology and ordered events linked to AE that were both BC and AD. We then went on a fact hunt around the classroom and discovered lots of interesting things about AE, such as they had over 2000 gods and 130 pyramids have been discovered so far!
