Skipping Festival

Some children from Year 2 took part in a skipping festival. This involved some individual skipping and some team skipping. The children had to compete against 5 other schools!

We didn't win overall, however the children were so proud to receive so many certificates including bronze medals for both team events.

Filey

As part of our Geography learning we visited the seaside. We had such a fun time at Filey looking for features such as cliffs, eating ice cream and building sandcastles!

Local History Study

As part of our Local History Study we visited Pudsey Parish Church. We learnt that this year the church turns 200 years old! We learnt about changes that have been made over time including repairs to the clock.
