Primrose Hill is a local authority designated School Street. There is no vehicle access onto Primrose Hill at the beginning and end of the school day. There is a fixed sign on the end of Primrose Hill alerting drivers to the closure times.

We are delighted that Primrose Hill is a designated School Street as it provides a safe space for our children and families to wait at the beginning and end of the school day.

School Uniform Policy

Our school uniform is designed to be practical for a child's busy day in school. Grey trousers, shorts or skirt; white polo top or shirt and a navt blue jumper. Jumpers with the school logo can be purchased via the school office, however this is not a requirement. All items of our uniform can be purchased at supermarkets or high street shops.

Children are required to wear their PE kit uniform on their PE day. The PE uniform is navy blue shorts or joggers and a white t-shirt. A blue sweatshirt or hoodie is needed for outdoor PE - which happens all year round. Please ensure all items are plain without any branding or logos.

School shoes should be appropriate for playing outside and trainers are needed for PE.

For health and safety reasons we do not allow children to wear jewellery. The expectations to this rule are earring studs in pierced ears, and small objects of religious significance. Children are required to remove any items during PE lessons to prevent them from causing injury. Please note: Teachers are not permitted to remove earrings.

For health and safety reasons we do not allow children to wear shoes with platform soles or high heels. All children are required to wear plain black shoes or trainers without or with small logos as stated in the uniform list. If boots are worn these should also be plain black.

We have over 400 children in school - please name all items of clothing!
