Starting Nursery
Starting nursery is an exciting time for children, with the opportunity to meet new friends and a time to enjoy lots of learning adventures. We also understand that it is a time of change for children and families and we want to make every child's first few days, weeks and beyond, a happy time.
Together we can make a difference.
Nursery places are available throughout the academic year. Children must be three years old before starting nursery.
Please contact Mrs Alderson for further information about placing your child on the list for a nursery place, to find out about the availability of places, to visit nursery, or to ask any questions you may have:

We provide education and care sessions for children from the age of three years old. All three year old children are able to access 15 hours of government funding. Some families may be eligible to 30 hours of government funding. We also offer some paid for education sessions and paid for care sessions.
To support our families to extend the nursery day, we offer before and after nursery care sessions. Funded hours can be used to cover costs or this provision can be paid for if families have used up their funded hours on education sessions. Places are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Holiday care is available for families of children who attend Primrose Hill Nursery and require nursery provision outside of term time. Places are offered on a first come, first serve basis. This provision is competitively priced; funded hours are allocated to term time only provision.
We offer half day care sessions and full day care sessions charged at the following rate:
Morning Nursery Holiday Care: 8.00am-1.00pm £20
Afternoon Nursery Holiday Care: 1.00pm-6.00pm £20
Full Day Nursery Holiday Care: 8.00am-6.00pm £35
All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in advance.
