Habitats in the park
On Wednesday, we took a trip to out local park to find out about local wildlife. It was fantastic to meet a real park keeper and to find out about the range of animals that live in and around the park. The children explored the habitats of the park, collected nest building materials and designed and made a range of wonderful creatures that would have been suited to living in this parkland habitat. It was a fantastic experience which allowed us to explore our local area. Who knew Pudsey was teeming with bats!
