Space Camp w/c 9.3.20
Our Year 5 classes took part in our very first Space Camp this week funded by the Stephen Hawking Foundation. Space Camp is an opportunity for children to explore space and includes a sleepover at school. Children took part in space related activities including; astronaut training, gravity experiments and star gazing using a telescope and Ipads. The sleepover took place in the school hall, with children in pop-up tents. This has been a hugely successful event and a wonderful opportunity for our Year 5 children.
