Wow! What a fabulous time the Y6 children have had today taking part in this. As part of this 3km course, the children took on ‘Muddy Mayhem’, ‘Canopy Climb’ and the awesome new ’Slideaway’ as well as many more. They had to run, climb, jump, crawl and slide their way around 12 Challenging Obstacles.
During the event, the children showed excellent determination, resilience and team work.

Raising Aspirations Week – The children enjoyed working with BT Open Reach, a journalist and a light and sound technician today.
Raising Aspirations day 2 – Today, the children have met with and had an opportunity to ask questions about being a paediatrician, a midwife, a doctor as well as a baker.
Raising Aspirations Week day 3 – Today, the children were fascinated with the visitors from our LGI Cardiac Ward.
Raising Aspirations Week day 4 – Today, the children listened about a variety of careers including a wedding planner, a paramedic and even a tree surgeon.
Raising Aspirations day 5 – On the final day of this fantastic week, the children were amazed with the knowledge and skills it takes to be both a lawyer and a K9 police officer. We have had a fabulous week and would like to thank every one of our career experts.
