Leeds Regional Finals Skipping Competition - We had a wonderful time competing at the Leeds finals for the skipping competition and out of 60 schools we came 4th! We were feeling very proud of our resilience and determination. Look at all of those medals!
Armley Mills History Trip - We really enjoyed visiting Armley Mills as Victorian children, we learnt all about the roles of workers in the mills and how little they got paid. We toured the museum and had a try at a number of roles of the workers.
Earth Day 2024 - We had an assembly from Miss Wiechula on World Earth Day and spent some time this morning looking at making a pledge to the environment for the future. The pledge was full of acts that we can do to help make a big difference.
Reading - Using our new class text 'Varjak Paw' as inspiration, we completed word studies on some of the authors chosen words developing our dictionary skills.
