Today in Y4A we were learning about a poem called Talking Turkeys by Benjamin Zephaniah. We watched a video of him performing it and really enjoyed how he performed it with his Jamaican accent. We analysed the poem and then performed the it, trying to put our very own twist on it by embracing our own accents.
