Focus Week- Do you believe in magic?

As part of our Literature festival focus week children have been immersed in our whole school reader 'Leon and the place in between' by Angela McAllisiter'. The day got started with our launch assembly where Miss Harper took part in a magic trick and disappeared! They then visited our own magical emporium, were they picked an object that interested them. Children came up with some imaginative explanations of who the object belonged to and the magical powers it might hold. These will be used to write a poem later on in the week which you can read at our parent workshop after school on Thursday.
