Sushi Making
Another aspect of our topic work on the differences between Japan and Leeds has been to think about the food people might eat. This led us to thinking about sushi. As a result we set about planning, making, eating and evaluating a tasty sushi snack! The children loved experimenting with the sticky rice, the salty nori and the delicious fresh vegetables we used as fillings.
