EYFS Curriculum Overview

The EYFS curriculum plans set out an ambitious and engaging entitlement for all children in nursery and reception which is further enhanced by responsive planning linked to children’s interests and experiences and in the moment opportunities.  The intent and implementation of the curriculum clearly focuses on readiness for school – all children rapidly developing effective learning behaviours and a capacity to learn, remember, enquire and be inspired.
